Rangers Round Off Pre-Season

Queens Park Rangers have finalised their pre-season schedule by announcing Kilmarnock as their fifth friendly arrangement.

The Kilmarnock game will accompany the previously arranged fixture against Falkirk, as Rangers tour Scotland in mid July.

Killie narrowly stayed up last season under the guidance of ex-Bradford City boss Jim Jefferies, and they are considered as the oldest Professional Football Club in Scotland.

Previously managed by the late Tommy Burns, as well as ex-Plymouth boss Bobby Williamson, they play Rangers in their penultimate friendly on Tuesday 29th July.

As mentioned this finalises the pre-season line-up for the 2008/09 season, perhaps not the most exciting or challenging of fixtures as some of the fans would have expected, but nevertheless the list is as follows:

Stevenage Borough v QPR - Saturday 19th July (3.00pm)

Northampton Town v QPR - Wednesday 23rd July (7.45pm)

Falkirk v QPR - Saturday 26th July (3.00pm)

Kilmarnock v QPR - Tuesday 29th July (TBC)

QPR v AC Chievo Verona - Saturday 2nd August (3.00pm)

This is accompanied by the fixtures for a Queens Park Rangers XI:

Windsor & Eton v QPR XI - Tuesday 22nd July (7:30pm)

Hayes & Yeading v QPR XI - Friday 25th July (7:45pm)
