Martin Rowlands is reported to be the subject of interest for Premier League outfit Hull City.
Phil Brown is preparing a £1.4m bid for the Irish international, who has wowed the Loftus Road crowd with some scintillating midfield displays.
Rowlands who was believed to be the subject of speculation when falling out of favour during the John Gregory era, has since rejuvenated his career in the middle of the park, arousing the interests of new Eire boss Giovanni Trapattoni.
This report coming from the Daily Mail also states that Hull could also be closing in on a deal for R`s target Peter Halmosi.
Martin has made 164 league appearances for Rangers, scoring 31 goals following his £45k move from Brentford, he is currently Rangers joint longest serving player alongside Gareth Ainsworth.
