'If It's Football, It's Vital'

One In; One Out in W12?

Daniel Nardiello is rumoured to be on his way out of QPR being linked with Blackpool, with the R`s set to make a bid for Birmingham City`s Martin Taylor.

Nardiello is rumoured to be on his way to Blackpool in a move that paves the way for Tangerines and Latvian international Kaspars Gorkss to come the other way.

'There's things going on - negotiations and things like that.' Nardiello told the BBC

'I can't really say I'm going to be here in the near future. I think I'll be getting off. I've just got to sort a few things out.'

The Blackpool Gazette has also reported that defenders Zesh Rehman and Chris Barker, could also be part of any potential dealing taking Gorkss to W12.

This news comes when the R`s are rumoured to be trying to resurrect the deal taking Birmingham City defender Martin Taylor to Loftus Road. Rumours circulated over the January transfer window upon the completion of Taylor`s loan spell with Norwich City, that Rangers had tabled a bid for the Blues defender and that he wasn`t interested in a move to W12.

The rumour has come to the fore once more with Birmingham City moving fast to quash speculation on any potential move away from St. Andrews. Alex McLeish is reported in the Daily Mirror stating that Taylor is a useful asset in the Championship and won`t be leaving.

According to The Mirror McLeish could be lining up Watford`s Brazilian defender Douglas Rinaldi as a possible replacement on a free transfer.

QPR won't sign Martin Taylor. Birmingham City manager Alex McLeish has told central defender Martin Taylor that he will play a integral role in the setup next season and he has told the defender to forget about a move to QPR. The City manager wishes the defender to aid Birmingham's promotion push ahead of a rival one. Since the player returned from injury and hell abuse he has appeared just once for the Midlanders but in pre- season he has been a permanent fixture. He had death threats and was abused in February for accidentally breaking Eduardo's leg as much the defender's fault as the strikers.
