Team News: Sheffield Wednesday

Steve Lomas may return to the Rangers team to face Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow afternoon.

Lomas, Ian Evatt, Marc Bircham and Simon Royce all made the trip North this morning and all will want to be included in the starting XI.

On the downside, Marc Nygaard is still out whilst nursing a pulled hamstring whilst on duty at Wednesday's neighbours Sheffield United a few weeks ago.

Scott Donnelly also misses out after a heavy challenge in the Reserve team on Tuesday. The bright youngster suffered heavy bruising to his left ankle.

As for Wednesday, the relegation battlers are expecting to welcome back three faces to the squad after losing 1-0 at Cardiff last week.

Steve MacLean, John Hills and Peter Gilbert are all set to return.

Sorry I missed out saying... Wednesday signed Scott Carson (Liverpool) and Mikkel Bischoff (Manchester City) on one month loan deals. The goalkeeper and defender are both expected to start on Saturday.
