Rams Successful In Ticket Appeal

Derby County have today won their appeal to the Football League against QPR`s recent ticket price hike.

Rams fans would have been expected to pay a top price of £40 to sit in the upper school end, and appealed on the basis that QPR had changed their prices stated at the beginning of the season.

Derby County vice-president John Vicars was delighted with the ruling,

'Derby County are pleased with the Football League's decision." Vicars told DCFC.co.uk

'We will now be working closely with QPR to sort out the swift distribution of tickets to our supporters."

'We therefore look forward to seeing plenty of Rams fans at Loftus Road this Saturday supporting the team.'

The revised prices for Rams fans are as follows,

Upper tier:
Adults - £30
Juniors - £20
Seniors - £20
Young adults - £20

Lower tier:
Adults - £25
Juniors - £15
Seniors - £15
Young adults - £15

Tickets will now be made available on the day as common sense finally wins the day over what would have been the biggest rip-off`s in recent history.

The protest from members of OUR-QPR is still scheduled to take place this weekend, ten minutes silence to show the board what life would be like at Loftus Road should the prices continue to increase.

Vital QPR whole-heartidly supports the sentiments put forward by OUR QPR.
