Hogan Craves Consistency

QPR winger Hogan Ephraim hopes that the recent appointment of Paulo Sousa will bring to an end the managerial merry go round at Loftus Road.

The winger signed for QPR in the 2008 January transfer window following a successful loan spell and he believes the appointment of Portuguese legend Paulo Sousa will bring some much needed stability:

'Hopefully we can now have stability on and off the pitch,' said Ephraim.

'Paulo Sousa is the manager at the present time and hopefully he will be here for two and a half years, if not longer.'

Ephraim has recently found himself among the first team set-up once again after an extended lay-off with shin splints.
