Balanta Nets For Wycombe

Angelo Balanta has scored his first goal for loan side Wycombe Wanderers.

The Rangers loanee started alongside journeyman Magno Vieira as the Chairboys thumped Macclesfield Town 4-0 this evening at Adams Park.

Vieira had handed Wycombe the lead but Balanta has stolen the show scoring a truly stunning goal.

Balanta cut in from the left flank to work his way just inside the box, before unleashing a curling effort into the top corner to double Wanderers` advantage.

After the half time break the League Two leaders bagged another two goals courtesy of Vieira's second and Leon Johnson.

Balanta's goal will surely not have gone un-noticed by new R's boss Paulo Sousa as he continues to assess his squad.

Well done Angelo, showing his class again, cannot wait to see him back at Rangers on a regular basis.
