4% Get Their Wish - Poll Result

A small minority of supporters wished for an attacking midfielder when asked about potential loan window additions.

Rangers fans would be forgiven for thinking that the R`s are light in some areas going into crunch time in the Championship campaign.

At present Rangers fans want a goalkeeper to replace the seemingly outgoing Lee Camp, and a striker to score the goals necessary to fire the R`s into a playoff place - or if you share the optimism of Kaspars Gorkšs - an automatic promotion place.

The signing of Jordi López , a midfielder that can play central or out wide, means that a minority of voters get their wish. However there is still time as Rangers look to bring in more potential signings before the loan window slams shut.

The voting went as follows:

1. Striker - 70%
2. Goalkeeper - 8%
= Full Back - 8%
4. Holding Midfielder - 5%
5. Attacking Midfielder - 4%
6. All - 2%
7. Central Defender - 1%
= Winger - 1%
= None - 1%

The R`s now bolstered by the López deal move into Saturday`s clash with Ipswich in good form under Paulo Sousa. Jim Magilton appears to be on the brink of a sacking according to many local news outlets and come to W12 with fragile confidence.

So we now pose the question:

How will the R`s fare against Ipswich?

Considering our top scorer is 4th choice and we will be using 4-3-3 i still dont understand why it is we need a new striker.
