Vine Comeback Date!

Vital QPR - Breaking News

According to local newspaper, the London Informer`s website, Rowan Vine could play his first competitive match for Rangers next Wednesday, 18th March 2009, in a Reserve Team fixture against fellow Londoners, Charlton Athletic.

Vine has also apparently targeted the Crystal Palace match on 4th April (at Loftus Road) for his First Team comeback - but that, of course, will depend on how well he comes through next week`s game, assuming he plays. And then there is the little matter of convincing both the Physio, Paul Hunter, and First Team Coach, Paulo Sousa, that he is ready for First Team action.

As you are all very aware by now (and, if not, where have you been this past year?!!), I will be one incredibly happy Ranger should Vine play for us against Palace - or any of the final home games of this season!

Very good news - I'm glad to hear it as well. Great to see him kicking a ball before the Donny game which means he can't be far away from action.

It must've been worth the trip north - just to see Vine (not the subsequent debacle!!)

Nothing was worth that trip north! lol - I did enjoy Ramage throwing his shirt into the crowd at the end. Have to admire that.
