The Stat Attack - Bristol City

On Saturday Rangers, fresh from the midweek victory over Swansea City, welcome Bristol City for the 36th league encounter between the two teams at Loftus Road. The first game was back on the 16th December 1922 when the visitors went back home celebrating a 2-1 victory. In the early games between the two clubs Bristol had the upper hand, and it took Rangers 6 attempts before they finally beat the team from Ashton Gate. This has now turned around as we haven`t lost against our visitors in the last 8 encounters, the last Bristol victory coming on 26th April 1977.

FORECAST
History shows that Loftus road is not a very happy hunting ground for Bristol City, as 9 goals in 35 visits shows. Rnagers will be buoyed by their midweek victory and I fully expect them to keep the momentum going on Saturday, after a goal less first half.

LENNY`S PREDICTION: Rangers 2-1
