Gianni Paladini gave a brief statement to Sky Sports News this evening regarding the sacking of Paulo Sousa.

Sousa was sacked today (Thursday) for divulging highly confidential and sensitive information and Sporting Director Gianni Paladini gave a brief statement asking the supporters to keep behind the club.

He said: "The club has made a statement and they are sticking to the action they have taken regarding Paulo Sousa."

"The people at QPR want to take the club forward

"My message to the supporters today is this - please get behind the club, keep behind the club and we will all move forward.

"More will be available shortly."
