QPR Cup Hero Passes On

Rangers skipper at the 1967 cup final has died.

Mike Keen today (Sunday) passed away today at the age of 69 following a short illness reports Sky Sports.

Keen made 393 appearances for the R`s scoring 39 goals, lifting QPR`s only major trophy in the League Cup win of 1967 over West Bromwich Albion.

He made further appearances for Luton Town and Watford, before brief management spells with both the Hornets and home-town club Wycombe Wanderers.
