Wolves Seek Rangers Permission

Wolves chief executive Jex Moxey is in discussion with Queens Park Rangers to free up more tickets to home supporters.

Rangers travel to Molineux on Saturday for what could be a glorious day for Wolverhampton Wanderers. One more victory would see the hosts back to the Premier League and demand for tickets has been sizeable.

Already the home allocation has sold out but home supporters have lingered around the box office in the hope that more tickets are freed up - and this could become a reality after Moxey opened talks with Queens Park Rangers.

Moxey is hoping that over 2,000 extra home seats can be negotiated with the R`s to take the attendance from a 25,000 sell out to a 27,000 sell-out.

Rangers fans would then be relocated from the Steve Bull stand to the Jack Harris stand, reducing the allocation significantly to accommodate home support.

What? So I have to go back to LR to swap in the tickets I've already bought? How complicated and unrealistic is that!

I would imagine there will be provisions on the day to go into the Jack Harris - that is unless they just budge us along in the Steve Bull stand, but from what Moxey was saying we'll just do swopsies with the home fans behind the goal.

If it gets them 2,000 seats and extra revenue they'll do it - I hope Flavio makes them pay through the nose for those seats!

Also - rumours of a refund in the offing for moving us behind the goal - cheaper seats.
