Plymouth Argyle are set to bring a sizeable support to Loftus Road for the penultimate fixture of the Championship season.

The Pilgrims look set to fill their original allocation of 1,700 as they have already sold over 1,000 tickets in the Upper School End as of today (Tuesday).

At present the Rangers hierarchy are still weighing up the possibility of what to do with the lower tier, as they would like to offer the seats to Queens Park Rangers fans should there be a sufficient demand.

Normally an eventful affair Rangers have failed to get the better of the Greens on the last three occasions at Loftus Road, and victory for the visitors is made all the more important given their perilous position in the Championship table.

There has been a nice affinity between the two clubs since Rangers applauded Plymouth to promotion back in 2004 and the fans at Home Park responded in kind upon hearing QPR`s result at Sheffield Wednesday - a result that stopped Bristol City gaining automatic promotion.
