Chelsea Youngster Wants QPR Move

Chelsea defender Jordan Tabor has been the subject of recent interest from Queens Park Rangers.

The 18-year-old Oxford born defender has been on trial at QPR, featuring in both the reserve side and the youth side that travelled to Sardinia.

Rangers are thought to be looking for competition for Damien Delaney in the left-full back position, spelling an end to Gary Borrowdale`s torrid few months in W12.

The young full back who can also play in midfield was hopeful of earning a contract with Queens Park Rangers.

Tabor told the Kilburn Times: 'I'm still with Chelsea but obviously if QPR offer me a contract, it would be something to think about.

'I think QPR are an emerging club with a lot of ambition and joining them would be a good opportunity for me. We'll have to see what happens.'

You'll see in time - just because a club doesn't throw money at a situation doesn't mean it's not coming up on the rails.. ;-)
