Continuing our feature as Queens Park Rangers supporters look back on the 2008/09 season.

Username: Sandydl

How do you feel about the 2008/09 season? Disappointed we didn't fulfil our potential - for whatever reason - and glad it's over now, to be honest.

What was your stand out moment? Truthfully, meeting Vital members in the Springbok on a couple of occasions . . .

Player of the Season: Matthew Connolly

Goal of the Season: Guess it's got to be Rowly's against Wolves back in December for me

Game of the Season: Think it's the Sheffield Wednesday home game - I was ill for the Wolves and Preston games and the Birmingham home game is just a little obvious for me! We battled really well from start to finish against Wednesday and never let our heads drop, even when going 2-0 down. A great turn-a-round.

Which manager do you want to see at Loftus Road? Don`t care - he'll be gone by Christmas if we're not doing well, so I can't get worked up about this!

Where should Rangers strengthen in the summer? Strikers - strikers - strikers (did I mention, strikers?!)

What will need to change for Rangers to be in the promotion frame? Stability first & foremost - that means, Mr Briatore, keeping the manager you choose in place for longer than 15 or 20 games - past Christmas and well into the new year, so that the man can build a team capable of sustaining a challenge, even if that doesn't happen overnight.

Secondly, splash the cash just a little bit more than last season and you could be very surprised at the results, Mr Briatore - don't they say, you got spend a little to earn a lot?

Stability is the buzz word isn't it, but do you think we can ever get it under the current regime of knee jerk reactions - we're talking about foundations and phases but we'll never get passed stage one if we keep replacing managers for whatever reason!

Will add my views over the weekend, too tired and emotional right now (mainly from lager and still laughing at the demise of our chavvy neighbours, it's too easy in Battersea).

:D That referee had a hooped shirt on I reckon!

Bet the neighbours are feeling rather "unstable" at present - cant help but laugh, can you?! We'll get there but whether it's sooner or later depends, I agree, on whether the powers-that-be stop reacting at the first sign of trouble and sweat it out - like the rest of us!

I think a major problem with Flavio is that he is incredibly keen - he wants to be involved in everything, but he has got to learn that this is one of the things that you cannot transfer from money spinning Formula One to a game based on supporters and grounded roots in the community.
