Vital QPR regular ACE gives his thoughts on the 2008-09 season.

Username: ACE. I'm a Danish Q.P.R fan and hence rely heavily on the occasional TV game and the internet, as my trips to London are quite limited. One may regard my humble input as one out of many Q.P.R fans around the globe that follow our great club from afar!

How do you feel about the 2008/09 season? I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a bit disappointed, not because we didn't make the playoffs, but because I thought that we would have more stability with all our new purchases.

In 08/09 we showed that we can beat the best in the Championship, but on the other side we also lost or drew games against opponents that we certainly should've beaten. On top of that, injuries on pivotal players and the apparent meddling of our chairman were of course low points of the campaign.

What was your stand out moment? Watching the boys on TV roll over Southampton, while enjoying some pints at my local pub!

Player of the Season: Mathew Connolly - a big gain for Q.P.R IMO.

Goal of the Season: Rowlands' goal against Wolves - certainly looked great on TV!

Game of the Season:None in particular!

Which manager do you want to see at Loftus Road? One that knows the Championship and one that can stand up to Briatore's temper. And most importantly, one that will see us playing an attacking style, passing the ball around the pitch.

I can't put a name on that manager, but I sure do hope that that's what we're going to get! I don't think Briatore will be content with Ainsworth, although he might be right for the job all things considered!

Where should Rangers strengthen in the summer? Obviously in the striker department! That we ended up with a negative goal difference says it all I think!

What will need to change for Rangers to be in the promotion frame? First and foremost STABILITY and of course more efficiency in front of goal!

I think the style of play and attacking football is something that all Rangers fans wish for - Under De Canio we had that but our defending was abysmal - Can someone find the happy medium??
