Waddo: 'Players Are Not Good Enough

Gary Waddock issued a statement on the QPR official website asking for more time to build his own squad and also said that some players at the club just aren't good enough.

He said: 'I've inherited a squad of players that obviously I haven't put together.

'These lads have been together for four or five years playing a certain way and I need to get a different type of player to come to the club to play the way I want it to be played.

'Judge me when I've brought my players in and judge me when I've built a team.

'Some parts of the supporters think they players have underachieved but I've got another view on it.

'Maybe they are not good enough and I need to bring in better players to achieve what I want to achieve.

'I'm passionate about getting it right. I've got an opportunity to do that and make no mistake, I'll be doing that.

'During the summer there are going to be decisions that are going to be made and I'll definitely make them for the better of the club.'

Whose going to go? Whose going to stay? Who do you want to keep and who do you want out?

A lot of people believe Marc Bircham should leave but I disagree.
