Hall Joins The Squad

Fitz Hall has joined up with the QPR squad in Slovenia after missing the opening pre-season fixture.

The central defender missed the opening fixture against NK Celje, owing to missing his flight, something he jokingly blamed on his child hiding his passport.

He is due to play a part in Sunday's friendly with NK Karlovac in Croatia following his early pre-season misfortune.

He told QPR.co.uk that the squad is gelling well.

"There's not many new faces from last season so it wasn't a matter of whether we were going to bond together because we were always together.

"We're just getting to know each other that little bit more.

"Hopefully I can get involved with that game because obviously I didn't play the game just gone because I got here late so I'm looking forward to that."

In soaring conditions at the training camp the squad have been regularly applying their sun tan lotion as Magilton's men prepare for their next test in Croatia.

Hall could partner Joe Oastler against Karlovac with both players missing out on Wednesday night in the 2-2 draw with NK Celje.
