Lejsal On Trial With Bristol City

Trialist Martin Lejsal is on trial with fellow Championship club Bristol City after a spell with QPR in Slovenia.

Lejsal played in goal for the R`s in the 3-1 defeat against NK Karlovac on Sunday, and would like to remain in England if given the opportunity.

The Robins currently have a goalkeeping injury crisis prompting them to hand a trial to Slovakian Peter Brezovan and more recently Lejsal.

Injuries to Stephen Henderson, Adriano Basso and recent acquisition Dean Gerken have forced Gary Johnson`s hand in the transfer market.

Despite not remaining on trial with QPR his agent insists that the R`s are still interested in the stopper as are many other teams at this level, with a 90% chance he will remain in England.
