Strong Squad To Face Oxford

Queens Park Rangers have named a strong squad to travel to the Kassam Stadium this evening to face Oxford United.

Trialist Davide Somma has not been given another go after his half at Forest Green Rovers, but Andy Marshall will have a second bite at the cherry at earning a deal after a confident display at the New Lawn.

The victory over Forest Green saw youth get a chance, but now the R`s have several first team professionals in the squad, including new loan signing Adel Taarabt.

The hosts will look to blood several new additions infront of their own fans Rhys Day, Mark Creighton, Marcus Kelly, Alex Rhodes, Alfie Potter, Jack Midson and Dannie Bulman make up their latest additions.

While Matt Green, Adam Chapman, James Constable and Shane Killock made their loan deals permanent with Wilder`s side.

Ranger will be looking to continue their unbeaten pre-season on English soil in their first trip to the Kassam Stadium.

For various reasons I've only managed to get to Aldershot - he looked Ok there, nothing special. Obviously I haven't seed the lad enough to judge though!
