Queens Park Rangers fans believe that the club was correct in selling striker Dexter Blackstock.

An overwhelming majority voted in favour of selling Blackstock to Nottingham Forest taking into account his length on contract, the fee paid by the reds and the striker`s contentment in W12.

QPR have since signed Italian striker Alessandro Pellicori, who in his brief flurry of friendly fixtures has shown his prowess in the aerial battle, but it remains to be seen whether he will produce a similar amount of goals.

We asked through Rs fan super hoop: Were QPR right to sell Dexter Blackstock?

The answer were as follows in descending order:

1. Yes - 68%
2. No - 32%

Now we ask the following

How will Rangers fare against Blackpool?

I have to admit I said "yes"...but then again, I'm a Forest fan & welcome his arrival here...we certainly needed a few arrivals!

On your part I think the Blackstock deal was poor business - he cost you over the odds and he's no better than what you've got or brought in since. Not that I don't mind and hey I hope he proves me wrong, but not at our expense!

Bit worrying that we had thought about replacing him with dj campbell and david connolly !!! Not promotion gaining strikers, those two.

This result is the complete opposite from that found on the Kilburn Times website, where the voting for the same question was "Yes 36.08% No 63.92%" So not as clearcut as it could otherwise seem...

Ah - maybe we just have many more people voting on this site - a truer reflection maybe!

...Plus Forest fans were joining in, lol.
