Queens Park Rangers boss Jim Magilton couldn't hide his delight as Rangers rack up another four goal haul.
Reacting from two goals down the R's pulled off a memorable fightback to put Derby County to the sword infront of the television cameras.
Adel Taarabt, Gavin Mahon, Jay Simpson and Ákos Buzsáky helped turn the game on its head from two goals down to earn Rangers a priceless win.
Magilton told QPR.co.uk that his disappointment was turned around by the R's comeback and their ability to score goals at crucial times.
'We feared the worst at 2-0, but we found our cutting edge and turned in a top-class display,' said Magilton.
'There's great belief in this group. These lads never give up and we showed a tremendous strength of character to get the job done.
'The one ingredient you need more than any other is belief and we've got that in abundance.'
Speaking about the overall play Magilton was happy but couldn't hide his disappointment at key errors that allowed Derby to earn themselves a two-goal lead.
'Parts of our play were very, very good, other bits and pieces weren't so - but how can I fault the lads after that,' Jim continued.
'We switched off for both their goals. The first goal we conceded was a schoolboy one; the second was good execution from the free-kick.
'But our goal just before half-time was crucial and we're playing with great confidence and that showed in the second half when we were absolutely magnificent.
'We were top class for long periods in the half and we ran out worthy, worthy winners.'
Rangers now host Leicester City live on Sky Sports on Friday night as they continue to be the flavour of the month in the Championship.
