Queens Park Rangers boss Jim Magilton told of his respect and admiration for Brian Laws and his side ahead of tomorrow's clash.

Jim told QPR.co.uk that tomorrow will provide a stern test of Rangers' playoff credentials, but Rangers will be going all out for the victory in Sheffield.

'It will be a very, very tough game,' Magilton revealed.

'I've always admired Brian Laws' sides. I like watching them play, because they play the right way, but I don't necessarily like playing against them!'

Wednesday currently sit in 14th place after an inconsistent set of results. This was epitomised by an excellent 1-1 draw away at Bristol City which followed a 4-1 thumping at the hands of Watford.

Magilton said that while Laws has assembled a combative and competent squad at Hillsborough, Rangers would nevertheless be looking to take all the points off their hands.

He continued: 'Brian has assembled a very capable squad of players this season.

'They've got some very good players, but we'll go about our business as we always do, looking to bring the three points back to West London.'

The game marks the 58th meeting between the two clubs with Wednesday having the better of the head to head, winning 27 times.
