Queens Park Rangers loanee Adel Taarabt has been nominated for the Championship player of the month award.

The Tottenham Hotspur forward has been in devastating form of late, winning some negative supporters round with a string of outstanding displays.

He oozed class with an outstanding strike against Preston North End, ghosting past three men before rifling the opener into the top right hand corner.

The Moroccan then played an integral role as the R`s hit another four goal haul against Reading just days later, before showing the nation his capabilities in front of the BBC cameras.

Taarabt helped put Derby County to the sword, contributing to an outstanding attacking display by scoring the goal to halve an unjust deficit at Pride Park.

Despite Rangers not being at their best he struck once again in front of the TV cameras, as QPR took the lead over Leicester on Sky, with the Moroccan`s well-times strike from distance.

The winner will be announced on Soccer AM on Saturday morning, with the nominees outlines below:
