Vital QPR takes a look at the QPR players plying their trade away from Loftus Road.

Watford were looking to continue their recent run of form as they hosted Derby County, a side with one of the worst away records in the league.

Heidar Helguson was recalled to the starting line-up after being ineligible for the victory over QPR, and he partnered Danny Graham with Nathan Ellington dropping to the bench.

It a game that was more of a war of attrition at times it was the visitors that took the advantage with just over ten minutes remaining.

It was Chris Porter who stooped to head home, completely unmarked, to send the Rams supporters into raptures behind the goal.

Helguson was booked five minutes from time - one of seven on the day - as the Hornets are forced to go back to the drawing board after a disappointing defeat.

Leeds United travelled to Brentford in a bid to extend their lead at the top, with Hogan Ephraim named on the bench for the Whites.

In a game which the visitors edged in terms of chances and possession, only a smart save from Arsenal loanee Wojciech Szczesny denied Jermaine Beckford in the first half.

The second period saw Argentinean striker Luciano Becchio hit the cross bar, before Ephraim replaced Max Gradel with little under 15 minutes remaining.

Joe Oastler and Lee Brown saw their Salisbury City side progress to the Second Round of the FA Trophy after a slender win over Weymouth.

The cash-strapped Terras were close to forcing a shut-out only for former QPR trainee Chris Flood to hit the winner a minute into injury time.

Meanwhile Wycombe Wanderers, minus the sizeable influence of Gareth Ainsworth went down away at Carlisle United.

Former Juventus front-man Vincent Pericard hit the winner for Carlisle shortly before half time, as Gareth was forced to sit out with a calf complaint.
