January - What Do You Want?

Vital QPR - Breaking News

As Rangers enter the January transfer window intent of doing some positive business, we at Vital QPR ask you what you want.

Inclusions - Positions

At present the weaknesses between to lie in the defensive unit, and while Kaspars Gorkss and Damion Stewart have provided some stability there appears to be problems that remain.

Perhaps a replacement or accompaniment to Radek Cerny in goal would be an ideal choice for Paul Hart, while the full-back positions remain without depth.

With Ben Watson returning to Wigan and not looking like returning, while Gavin Mahon and Martin Rowlands remain sidelined, central midfield will remain an option.

Down the flanks Rangers are well bolstered by the return of Lee Cook, Hogan Ephraim and Angelo Balanta, but the problem seems to lie up front.

Jay Simpson has led the line well but a lack of consistency from Rangers in general in the front-line has blighted them this season.

Which position would YOU like to see strengthened?

Inclusions - Players

Is there a specific player fans have in mind - within reason? Taking into account the track record of Rangers' purchases the board prefer to spend big on wages rather than initial fees.

Targets have been reportedly outlined as Amdy Faye, Dave Kitson, Michael Brown and former Rangers youngster Nigel Quashie - but nothing has appeared close to making these rumours become deals.

What players do YOU want to see at Rangers?

Departures - Players

Finally, of the current squad what players do you believe Rangers need to shed in order to a) bring in the desired players and b) compete effectively in the Championship.

The current squad:

2 Peter Ramage
3 Damion Stewart
4 Gavin Mahon
5 Fitz Hall
6 Mikele Leigertwood
7 Wayne Routledge
8 Rowan Vine
9 Heidar Helguson

11 Patrick Agyemang
12 Alessandro Pellicori
13 Kaspars Gorkšs
14 Martin Rowlands

17 Lee Cook
18 Alejandro Faurlín
19 Angelo Balanta

29 Gary Borrowdale

Hi im on 606 as well but just got membership. I would like to see Tom Heaton back but he seems intent on staying at Rochdale for a while. We need to get another CB or give Ramage a go there and if he's any good sign a decent full-back
