Queens Park Rangers forward Jay Simpson has called on supporters to get behind their team this Saturday.

The R's take on Plymouth Argyle and at present the game is due to go ahead with roads around the ground in an adequate condition pending further snow.

Rangers' top scorer meanwhile is calling on supporters to come out in numbers and get behind the side in the same way that sparked a useful run of form in October.

Speaking to QPR.co.uk the Arsenal loanee believes that the supporters can be a big difference as the R's take on struggling Argyle.

'The fans were really behind us during our run in October. It gave us all a great lift and at the same time put a lot of pressure on the visitors,' he said.

'We need the same again, because it's all still to play for in the Championship.

'It makes a great difference and gives the place an extra buzz.

'We need to make Loftus Road a fortress again and pick up three points.'

The last time Rangers played at Loftus Road they were hounded off the field by an inpatient support, despite winning against Bristol City - their first in nine games

Hart's tactic of bringing on two defenders to sure up an ever-faltering rearguard didn't sit well with sections of the crowd despite picking up a priceless win.
