Warnock Poised For QPR
Vital QPR understands that the club has officially approached the administrator of Crystal Palace to speak to manager Neil Warnock.
The Eagles boss has been chased by Rangers for a number of weeks, with the manager himself doing little to quell the speculation of an imminent departure.
Warnock has been unsettled by the financial problems at Selhurst Park, believing the club didn't have to take the step into administration and see their playoff hopes dashed.
In the past his relationship with then chairman Simon Jordan saw him reject overtures from Loftus Road, but now he is prepared to move to W12 with the R's under new ownership.
There have been rumours that the former Sheffield United boss wants to take charge of the Eagles in the FA Cup clash with Aston Villa.
Meanwhile other rumours are suggesting that Iain Dowie could also be poised for a return to Loftus Road.
The manager whose spell proved indifferent last time out, saw a disappointing style of play grace W12 nevertheless there were some important wins to put Rangers into the playoff picture.
Warnock remains the favoured choice of the board however, and their patience will be tested by his insistence to remain at Selhurst Park for the Cup game.
