Manchester United Join Sterling Race

Manchester United are now reportedly front-runners to sign Queens Park Rangers youngster Raheem Sterling.

The R's youngster has wowed a host of scouts from Premier League clubs with Arsenal, Manchester City and Fulham all showing an interest in the forward.

Brian McClair seems to have taken an active interest in the England Under 16 international who spurred the three lions onto a recent victory shield win.

Fulham reportedly put down a £1.5m bid a few months ago, but Sterling's recent return to action for the under 18s has seen Manchester United alerted to his potential.

His recent brace against Barnet in the Under 18s has seen interest soar in the fledgling forward, with a bidding war poised to commence.
