Probably not a surprise, but our very own Adel Taarabt has been shortlisted for Championship Player of the Month for March. And what a month it's been for the Tottenham loanee.

Taarabt - Warnock still has difficulty with his name! - has benefitted in no uncertain terms for the arrival of Neil Warnock a few weeks ago. Playing some wonderful football - which includes passing to his team-mates as often as possible (witness the two goals against Preston - and the possible third if only Vine hadn't missed !!) - and even scoring the odd goal himself (against Plymouth and Sheffield United), Taarabt has excelled this month - at last, some might say!

Well, us fans are not the only ones to have taken notice of his great form - for Taarabt has been shortlisted along with West Brom's Graeme Dorrans, Newcastle's Peter Lovenkrands and Reading's Gylfi Sigurdsson.

And we only have until Saturday morning to wait to find out if he's captured the prize - watch Soccer AM on Sky Sports One where the winner will be announced.

It'd be nice - just for a change - if the winner was a QPR player. And he certainly deserves it!

But that's my opinion - We want to know YOUR thoughts!
