Warnock Eyes Mass Transfers

Neil Warnock is reportedly looking at an incredible player haul in the summer as he continues to lose patience with the current crop of players.

This weekend's opponents Crystal Palace are his club of choice according to The Mirror with Nathaniel Clyne, Darren Ambrose, Julian Speroni and Neil Danns on Warnock's radar.

Combine this with Scunthorpe forward Gary Hooper - a previous target for QPR and current loanees Adel Taarabt and Jay Simpson and Warnock's intentions are clear.

Elsewhere he is also rumoured to be looking at Sheffield United midfielder Nick Montgomery with the former Warnock favourite out of contract at Bramall Lane in the summer.

Whatever avenue Warnock pursues one can imagine that he is also looking at a bruiser of a centre forward after making countless comments about lack of fire-power.

A deal for James Beattie stalled owing to his outrageous wage demands but players of the ilk of Alan Lee and Darius Henderson are sure to be on the former Palace boss' radar this summer.
