Barnsley`s leading goalscorer for the 2009/2010 campaign, Daniel Bogdanovic, has been identified by Vital QPR as the One to Watch ahead of tomorrow`s clash at Oakwell.

Name: Danijel 'Daniel` Bogdanovic

Date of Birth: 26/03/1980 (Libya)

Former Clubs: Sliema Wanderers, Vasas SC, Naxxae Lions, Valletta, Cherno More, Marsaxlokk, Cisco Roma, Lokomotiv Sofia

Appearances (Goals): 203 (103)

The Barnsley talisman has been in tremendous form this season and has helped Mark Robins` side stay clear of relegation and establish themselves as a mid-table Championship side. The forward has netted an impressive 14 goals in all competitions - 11 in the league - and continues to establish himself as a prominent striker in the English second tier.

Born in Lybia, Bogdanovic started his professional career with Maltese side Sliemma Wanderers and enjoyed spells with Vasas SC, Naxxae Lions, Valetta and Cherno More before returning to Sliema in 2005. Hitting 10 goals in 22 appearances for Sliema he caught the eye of Marsaxlokk and he made the move across Malta the following year.

Daniel helped Marsaxlokk lift the Maltese title in 2006/2007, netting a remarkable 31 goals in 31 games along the way. He was named Maltese Player of the Year in 2007 before moving to Italy to play for Cisco Roma, where he hit 4 goals in 15 games.

Before signing for Barnsley for an undisclosed fee in 2009, he had a brief spell at Bulgarian side Lokomotiv Sofia. He has since extended his stay in the South of Yorkshire and has scored 16 goals in 45 appearances.

He has further enjoyed a long international career, spanning over 8 years, turning out for Malta 26 times. Unfortunately he has only managed to score just the one goal for his country.

Standing at a dominant 187cm the Rangers defence will have to do it`s best to keep an in form Bogdanovic quiet. He netted his second ever goal for The Tykes in Barnsley`s 2-1 victory over the Rs on 28th of February in 2009.
