Neil Warnock has ousted three members of the back-room staff as he looks to freshen up the R's set-up

Physios Paul Hunter and Shane Annun along with Reserve Team Manager Keith Ryan have all fallen by the wayside as the boss looks to bring his own men to the club.

Warnock was quick to praise the departees: 'The staff who are leaving have been excellent and dedicated to their jobs' he said.

'It is inevitable in football that when the Manager changes there will be staff changes.

'I wish them all the very best for the future and thank them for their efforts during their time here.'

It remains to be seen as to whether he will dip into former club Crystal Palace for replacements, but Brendan Guilfoyle will undoubtedly be seeking some funds to keep the books going over the summer.
