Today's latest transfer rumours from the npower Championship.

With Paulo Sousa officially departing Swansea City yesterday morning, the Swans are eyeing Exeter City boss Paul Tisdale as his replacement. (Daily Mail)

Other sources have Gareth Southgate as the front-runner for the post at the Liberty Stadium, despite little urgency on his part owing to TV commitments. (Wales Online)
