Key Players:

Kris Commons: The talented midfielder joined Derby on a free from fierce rivals Nottingham Forest in 2008. Commons is a player with impressive technical ability and has a powerful shot on him. His most memorable goal came in the Carling Cup semi-final match against Manchester United at Pride Park where he scored a 25-yard strike resulting in a 1-0 win. Commons is Derby`s match winner and has the key to unlock most defences in this league. Commons has made 73 appearances for Derby scoring 11 goals in the process.

Rob Hulse: A powerful striker that can play up top on his own, Hulse leads the line with ease. His hold-up play complimented with his goal scoring ability makes him a dangerous prospect for Championship defences. Hulse is strong in the air and tidy on the ground and is a striker that will be familiar to Neil Warnock. Hulse signed for Warnock`s Sheffield United in 2007 and made 53 appearances scoring 8 times. Since joining Derby in 2008 Hulse has made 96 appearances scoring 30 goals - a decent return for a player who once suffered a serious injury.
