Name: Danny Haynes

Date of Birth: 19/1/88

Former Clubs: Ipswich Town, Millwall

Appearances (Goals): 163 (26)

Still only 22, Danny Haynes has already established himself as a household name in the English Championship and renown for his extreme pace, he will be determined to build on City`s Tuesday win and inflict damage onto QPR`s impressive start to the season.
Initially starting his youth career at Charlton Athletic, he was snapped up by Ipswich where he made his first team debut at the age of 17 and went on to make over 100 appearances for the Suffolk based club. Often employed as a winger as well as playing up front he managed to score 17 league goals, and was a certain fan`s favourite as he managed to score the winning goals in 3 of the 5 games against rivals Norwich City he featured in.

Former Rs manager Jim Magilton benefited from playing Haynes mainly as a 'super sub` at Ipswich as he exploited defenders with his lightning pace late on in games. A brief loan spell at Millwall in 2006 saw him net twice in 5 appearances for The Lions. Early in his career Haynes featured five times for the England U 19 team.

Haynes joined Bristol City in July 2009 for an undisclosed fee and has already made nearly 50 appearances for the club. Whether played out wide or up front, the Rangers defence will have to be on the lookout for Haynes making a big impact on the game with his rapid pace as he looks to drag City out of the relegation zone.
