German Loaned Out

German Loaned Out

Queens Park Rangers forward Antonio German has joined Southend United on loan

The young forward has penned a loan deal at Roots Hall until December 4, 2010 - dropping down to League Two in order to gain regular first team football.

Chances have been at a minimum for the youngster at Loftus Road since the re-emergence of Heidar Helguson and the signing of Rob Hulse, and Warnock has eyed this as the ideal opportunity for the youngster to secure some game time.

Despite reported interest from League One and surprisingly the Championship - boss Neil Warnock has opted to send the striker to Southend United.

German had a previous spell with Aldershot, which despite proving initially impressive, ended with the youngster returning to QPR before subsequently bursting into the first-team scene.
