Key Player:

Robbie Savage: I will highlight Robbie Savage as a potential key player purely based on the fact that he has marked Adel Taarabt out of the past two games between Derby and QPR. The former Wales International will no doubt relish an opportunity to have one last attempt at getting stuck into Taarabt who he is enjoying a growing rivalry with. A controversial player in the twilight of his career, Savage announced that he will retire at the end of the season. Ironically Savage is enjoying a 'resurgence` in goal-scoring form, 4 in his last 35. Savage is one of those marmite players, you love him when he is on your team but hate him when he is on the opposing side, intimidating referees and leaving a boot in on your players. The combative central midfielder is well travelled and has notched up over 500 appearances playing for Crewe, Leicester City, Blackburn, Birmingham, and Derby County over a career that has spanned 18 years.
