Kenny Swoops Award
GOALKEEPER Paddy Kenny has netted an award double at the Player of the Year event.
The R's stopper who has personally presided over a club record 23 shut-outs this season, was the biggest suggest story of the recent awards.
The Irish international earned both the Supporters' Player of the Year as well as the Players' Player of the Year for some commendable performances in the QPR goal this season.
Rangers' win over Watford at the weekend, helping them secure the npower Championship title, was the first fixture Kenny has missed this season after being injured in the warm up.
21-year-old Moroccan Adel Taarabt came in as runner up in the Supporters' Player of the Year, while also seeing his outrageous effort against Swansea City as the club's Goal of the Season.
Influential midfielder Shaun Derry was second runner up while emerging talent Bruno Andrade won the Young Player of the Year.
