Warnock Cranks Up Pressure

NEIL Warnock has called on his players to end a disappointing home run against Sunderland

Rangers are currently sliding towards the dangerous end of the table given their recent form that sees them searching for a first win in five against Sunderland.

This is made more evident by the fact that QPR have only picked up one home maximum this term, albeit against local rivals Chelsea. Warnock is craving improvement ahead of tomorrow's game.

'We have to improve on our number of wins at home,' Warnock told QPR.co.uk

'Sunderland have got a decent squad and it'll be a good game.

'We've played some tough games of late and we've got to scrap for some points now.'

While injuries continue to mount up there is a piece for positive news as Warnock is caught in a quandary with his goalkeepers. Paddy Kenny's return will est the resolve of the R's boss.

Kenny has been in fine fettle since joining QPR, but the 37-year-old stopper Radek Cerny has been exemplarary between the sticks against some of the division's elite.

Warnock described the situation as 'something to ponder' as Sunderland travel to Loftus Road tomorrow night.
