Warnock Takes Positives
NEIL Warnock is still in a positive mood as Rangers head to Swansea tomorrow.
Queens Park Rangers face fellow promotees Swansea City in an evening kick off tomorrow (December 27) - and Warnock remains positive about his side's chances.
They travel to the Welsh side off the back of an eventful home defeat against Sunderland, where despite valiantly fighting back from a two goal disadvantage, Rangers let in a last minute Black Cats winner.
Warnock told QPR.co.uk: 'We go there in a very positive mood.
'We could easily have thrown the towel in at 2-0 down against Sunderland, but the boys responded magnificently.
'The goals we conceded the other night were as bad as I've seen.'
Warnock had nothing but praise for Brendan Rodgers' Swansea, who now sit 14th in the Premier League - two points above QPR.
He continued: 'Swansea, on the other hand, have kept eight clean sheets which is magnificent.
'We need to improve defensively and it's something we're working on.
'I always enjoy playing against Swansea. You have to be prepared and we will be.'
A win for the visiting side will help leapfrog their fellow promotees, but depending on results today (December 26) Rangers could find themselves fighting out of the bottom three.
