Macheda Departs

FEDERICO Macheda has returned to Manchester United following an ankle injury

The unsettled centre forward has been unrelenting in his views regarding a lack of first team opportunity in W12, and has not featured since his Twitter outburst against the club.

He returns to Manchester United citing an ankle injury, bringing down the curtain on a disappointing spell at Loftus Road.

He made six appearances for QPR but failed to trouble the scorers.

Afraid he was a total disaster & waste of time! DJ & Helguson are returning from long-term injuries. Bothroyd hasn't featured coz he hasn't done the biz either - one of our problems this season (just one!)

A waste of time for all concerned. He didn't want to be at QPR and it became immediately apparent why he wouldn't be useful to us. He won't last too long as a professional footballer with his current attitude.
