Fabio Pens Loan Deal

MANCHESTER United full-back Fabio da Silva has joined Queens Park Rangers on loan for the 2012-13 campaign

The 21-year-old defender has made an impact at Old Trafford despite his tender age, making over 50 appearances for the Premier League runners up.

He can feature in either full-back position and has often been joined in the other full-back berth by twin brother Rafael da Silva.

Despite missing out on the Brazilian squad for the Olympic Games, Fabio can now look forward to the prospect of vying with a host of defenders for a full-back spot.

This could of course signal the untimely end of Luke Young, a man today rumoured to be on his way to Premier League new-boys, Reading.

great deal for QPR and a good one for the players development, which will help him and United

I hope so. He seems a decent young player. But I can't help worry that were attempting to develop other club's talent here. Unless he's another Kyle Walker its all a little fruitless for us.
