Fans Eye View - Rodneeranger

VITAL QPR asks for the views of the fans, as we look back to last season and with great anticipation for the coming campaign - this time Rodneeranger.

LAST SEASON

Favourite Goal & Why?: Adel's goal against Arsenal. A moment of pure joy for him.

Favourite Game & Why?: Man City away. You couldn't ask for a more thrilling encounter. Roy of the Rovers stuff.

Player of the Season & Why?: Clint Hill. No question.

Signing of the Season & Why?: Diakite. No question.

View on Last Season: We survived. But disappointed we couldn't finish above Norwich and Swansea.

2012-13 SEASON

Signing of the Summer So Far & Why?: Diakite.

Your Captain & Why?: Park. Not Derry, as he may not play that regularly.

Hotly Anticipated Fixture?: Man City. We had two great games with them last season - and two close losses. How closer can we get this season?

Starting XI - Opening Day: Green; Onuoha, Nelson, Ferdinand, Fabio; Derry, Park, Diakite; Mackie, Taarabt, Cisse: I think Nelson will play. Why else did Sparky buy him?

Expectations?: Top 12. No need to aim too high. I don't think we'll set the world on fire - yet!!

Many thanks to Rodneeranger - if you'd like to let us know your answers add to the thread on the forum or email qpr@vitalfootball.co.uk.
