Five Reasons To Focus

Grant Holt: One of the league`s surprise successes last season, Holt`s old-fashioned centre forward play caught many defenders off-guard. The Norwich favourite scored 15 goals in the Premier League and in total has scored 70 in 120 appearances for the Canaries.

John Ruddy: After a fine season in the top flight, Ruddy initially made the England Euro squad however injury forced him out of the tournament. Ruddy`s athleticism and command of his area earned him high praise but the former Everton player will be hoping for better days after last week`s 5-0 defeat to Fulham.

Russell Martin: A versatile defender who can play anywhere along the back four, Martin also boasts a decent scoring record against the R`s. Martin has scored 2 in his last 3 against the Super Hoops. One to watch from set-pieces.

Anthony Pilkington: Having signed from then League One Huddersfield Town for £2 million, Pilkington performed very well in his debut season for Norwich. The attacking midfielder scored 8 goals in 31 appearances and is dangerous from free-kicks.

Robert Snodgrass: Following in the footsteps of Jonny Howson and Bradley Johnson, Snodgrass signed from Leeds this summer for a reported fee of £3 million. The Scotland international is a tenacious midfielder that possesses a fantastic strike and has a decent eye for a pass.
