Relegation Specialist To QPR?

SCOTT Dann is being targeted by Harry Redknapp according to media reports today. (Wednesday)

Once again it's the Daily Mail reporting the story as Dann is reportedly one of the defenders targeted by Harry Redknapp in order to bolster his rearguard.

With Ryan Nelsen leaving after the Manchester City game and Anton Ferdinand keen on a move to Bursaspor, the defence requires extra quality to deal with the rigours of the final few challenging months of the Premier League.

Dann has been relegated in successive seasons with Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers respectively but certainly displayed himself as an able asset while at Blues during their season back in the top flight in 2010-11.

Meanwhile the Mail report that West Ham United target Martin Olsson could also be tempted away from Ewood Park. The Swede who can play in defence and midfield could also be on Redknapp's radar as he looks to further his options.
