MANCHESTER United will be without the services of Wayne Rooney and Phil Jones this weekend
The visitors to Loftus Road this weekend are riding the crest of a wave after pulling clear of rivals and last season's champions Manchester City in the race for the 2012-2013 Premier League title.
Rooney will not travel to West London after struggling with illness all week, while Jones remains sidelined after picking up a foot injury in the cup win over Reading.
Sir Alex Ferguson has reiterated his desire in recent weeks to maintain the charge for the title, and has stated his intent to 'treat QPR like Real Madrid'.
Nani may feature in his stead after impressing in the aforementioned cup fixture against Reading, but without question a blow for the league leaders.
Rooney put United ahead in the very early stages of a comfortable 2-0 win at Loftus Road last season with a close range header at the Loft End.
