Ollie and the rest of his motley crew are spending this week engaged in Portugal pre-season training - Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort to be precise.

The boys arrived three hours later than expected...never mind, your basking in 25c temperatures and glorious sun you lucky so and so's!
