The QPR Podcast

Running an R's website, podcast or any QPR social media outlet has never been an easy task, (I should know) and so any sort of leg-up / recognition for another medium, in my mind should be applauded.

No, I'm not looking for a round of applause or a bronze statue of yours truly positioned in the Loftus Road boardroom - far from it. Having said that...!

Let me begin with the intention of boring you do death.

Vital QPR has changed admin hands for the first time in 10 years. In the beginning there was me (Hoops) and then came along a young chap by the name of Boxer. Sadly, Boxer has had to step down which leaves...yup - me AGAIN. Bah!

Back in the day, well before the invention of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the rest of the social media outlets came along football forums. In the beginning, (blimey it sounds similar to a verse from the Old Testament) we had forums, chat rooms, blah blah. Now I appreciate times have changed and so have I.

The point I'm trying to make is this.

Vital QPR still has the facility to spread the QPR gospel (that's twice I've hinted at religion references - no more, I promise) via the Interweb and other means.

Get on with it!

Okay, I will.

I'll be bashing the keyboard, when the feelings right, highlighting the pit falls and of course the good points relating to QPR. I won't be doing any match reports or stuff we can all get from other sources. I won't promise the earth but I will promise that no stone will be unturned. By that I mean I will go against the grain, if necessary and highlight what I think needs to be brought to the attention of YOU, the soul (done it again) reader of my ramblings. I will also scour the web for material which I think is pertinent to us, the fan.

Right, I am at the position of boring myself to death now and so to the headline - The QPR Podcast.

The following podcast was originally broadcast at the end of the 2016/17 season, but what the heck. Does it matter if it's old hat? My point is, if I can bang the drum for a decent medium then I'm BANGING like a lunatic.

2017 QPR Podcast LIVE Ft Marc Bircham and Kevin Gallen

Well worth a listen.

If there are any YouTubers out there (currently two R's fans channels that I know of) and you up your game and want your material on multiple platforms then crack on and get on with it. We will happily have you on Vital QPR.

Sermon ends.

Thank feck for that I hear you say.
